4. Text messages (SMS)

You can opt in to text messages from Peppers Heating & Air verbally (in person or by phone with our staff) or online (by submitting a form or checking an opt-in box on our website). We use text messages for billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job-completion surveys.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Payment security

This website never asks for, collects or stores payment card numbers or bank account details. Financing links on this site go to the lender's own website (the Wells Fargo financing application).

12. Third-party websites

Our website links to sites we don't control, such as the Wells Fargo financing application and our social media pages. Information you give those sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
